3. Options discussed and written offer provided
At this stage if you choose to continue, we will survey the house making sure our ‘principle’ offer was fair and accurate. Sometimes the offer made can be changed slightly depending on the state of the property or if the property has had work done which was not included originally. We will then make a written offer to you about the property, the offer and surveyor are provided free of charge.

After making the offer, we will discuss options which are available, you may wish to sell your property for some extra cash and rent it back from us, we also have a buy back option if you choose to re-buy the property. We will also ensure if you wish to sell quickly to get the best deals as soon as possible.

4. All costs paid by us
If you accept our written offer we will then continue to process your property quickly. Our property buyer will handle all the legal cost and paperwork fees so you will not need to worry about any costs, also ensures you receive the full amount for your property. We will not be offended if you choose to use your own solicitor or we can arrange one if you want extra security.
